Rates for up to 4 guests Weekly rates (up to 4 guests): $1,700 - November 1 - March 31 $2,500 - April 1 through October 31 $3,000 - Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are $3,000) Daily rates (up to 4 guests) (3-night minimum): $325/night - November 1 - March 31 $425/night - April 1 - October 31 If you have over 4 guests, the following additional charges apply: $10 per guest per night - daily rate, November 1 - March 31 $60 per guest per week - weekly rate, November 1 - March 31 $15 per guest per night - daily rate, April 1 - March 31 $100 per guest per week - weekly rate, April 1 - March 31 We also offer discounts for multiple-week or monthly rentals. Applicable taxes will be added to these prices.
Deposit and Refund Policy - Please read carefully A deposit of half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to the arrival date to hold a reservation. If the Guest(s) provides written cancellation notice to Owner at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, Owner will refund the full deposit. If Guest(s) cancels between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date, Owner will refund half the deposit. Full payment is due 30 days before the arrival date. If full payment is not received 30 days in advance, the reservation will be cancelled and Guest(s) will forfeit all deposits or payments. Full payment is required for any reservation made within 30 days of the week requested. Availability The Ameer is available anytime, except January 13 - 22, 2006 and March 11-15, 2006.
